Yep T_T

So relevant right now. ugh.

First I got sick, then I sprained my hip, then I broke my finger, and now I’m sick again…I’m thinking something doesn’t like my routine

Ugh me for the past week! I’ve been working and doing school stuff and then passing out in bed and trying not to get snot all over everything. And every day I’m like ok tomorrow I’ll be better I can feel it and I’ll work out and get back on track yes! And then I wake up and I’m coughing up crap and just ugh

I’m drinking orange juice and watching movies and I don’t care about calories right now

on the plus side though, I got a $2 raise at work so yaaay

Angel Food Cake

So, if you’re like me and you really like cake but don’t want to feel bad about it then I recommend “Angel Food Cake” It’s extremely light and extremely low in fat so in the long run it’s much better than your normal cake that’s filled with sugars and fat.

Not many people like it because of it’s sponge texture and it’s very tasteless, but you can dress it up by adding different berries and topping it with a low fat whipped cream. Excluding everything you decide to add on the cake 1 slice is actually 72 calories so you don’t have to feel bad about indulging!

yesss i love angel food cake!! now i have a legit excuse to buy and smother it in strawberries

Person: That smoothie you made with only fruit, almond milk, and flaxseed oil has 500 calories?! AND all that sugar?! Ugh, no thanks.
Person: Ooh this packaged, processed, refined sugar filled, high fructose corn syrup packed, 25 ingredient pack of Oreos only has 100 calories! Hello thigh gap!
Me: *facepalm*

THIS

some of the people i follow on myfitnesspal (nobody from tumblr) are like this and i thought it was so WEIRD when i was comparing their diaries to mine. or they’ll eat 250 calories of a burger for lunch.
